Is every item in stock at the store?
No, because we simply could not fit them all inside the shop. We are proud to offer over 8,000 unique items on MusiciansBestFriend.com. These items include most items available from our Special Order Catalogs, as well as the most popular items that we sell in our Palm Desert, California store location.

What about prices? Are they always the same?
Not always, simply because our costs are 10 to 15% less to operate a web store than they are to provide a selection locally. This is true across the board in most industries. We try very hard to offer the same prices in the store as you see online, especially on bigger ticket items. On small items, you'll usually see a lower price online. Once you pay shipping and wait for it to arrive, the cost of delivery and waiting is frequently more than the in store price.
